RETURNS
We gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@meetmeinnewyork.com before sending your item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original tags (if applicable)
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
- Include proof of purchase or your order number
Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
STORE CREDIT
Because every MMINY product is made to order, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the returned merchandise (excluding original shipping charges). Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on our website, including a different size, color, or product.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We want you to love your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [EMAIL ADDRESS] and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll replace the item or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
EXCLUSIONS
Because of the nature of certain products, the following items are only eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or defective:
- Art prints
- Stickers
- Patches
- Gift cards
- Digital products (if offered)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We accept returns from international customers that meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any other charges associated with returning international orders unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise approved by MMINY.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items that are lost in transit.
